There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). Our maps made to your specification (projection, style, map language, border display, size and, where applicable, your own title and places) fall under this exception.
Where you order a standard product that is not personalised, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the goods. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to support@formundferne.com.
If you withdraw effectively, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay.
